Lighthouse Gin’s new distillery is now open at The Runholder in Martinborough.
With a new custom-built copper still commissioned from German distillery manufacturer CARL, visitors can see Rachel at work crafting her next batch while enjoying a Lighthouse Gin & Tonic in the Tasting Room.

Discover the story of Lighthouse Gin and taste Martinborough’s original craft gin at The Runholder.
Visit the Tasting Room to try a flight of our Barrel Aged and Navy Strength gins alongside Lighthouse Original gin with a knowledgeable Cellar Door Host. $20
Or journey through Lighthouse Gins at your leisure with a Lighthouse Gin Tasting Tray, served with Strangelove Tonic. $35.

Feast on an à la carte menu celebrating fresh Wairarapa produce and local prime cuts for lunch or dinner.
