The Perfect Gin and Tonic
¾ fill a large heavy tumbler with ice cubes, add a wedge of lemon, a generous measure of LighthouseTM Gin, and top with fresh icy cold Schweppes Tonic
Angler's Cocktail
1 1/2 oz Lighthouse™ Gin
1 dash grenadine syrup
2 dashes bitters
3 dashes orange bitters
Shake all ingredients with cracked ice, pour contents into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes, and serve.
