1 1/2 tsp Apricot Brandy
1 1/4 oz Lighthouseâ„¢ Gin
1 1/2 tsp Grenadine Syrup
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
3 cl Lighthouse™ Gin
2 cl Cointreau® orange liqueur
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Blend ingredients together in a blender. Pour into a champagne saucer, and serve.
