2 cl Cointreau® orange liqueur
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Blend ingredients together in a blender. Pour into a champagne saucer, and serve.

Just announced - Lighthouse Gin has won sliver at the 2011 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. This award compounds our success from last year at the two most prestigous international spirit competitions in the world. Lighthouse Gin was awarded a bronze medal at the 2010 San Francisco World Spirit Competition in March and also a bronze in July at the International Wine and Spirit Competition held in London.
